All they have to do is the FG quests. You use a skillpoint to unlock, go to inn at cyro gate, go kill 10 whatevers, come back and hand in.
This is the AD NPC u talk to:
Easy peasy.

These events help to bring new players into PvP. Some players who would never give PvP a try get a taste of it during these events and decide to stick around. If the gankers would quit stalking around quest objectives we might even be able to get numbers up to a respectable level outside of events.
I don't like that so many new to PvP have that bad experience of constantly being jumped. The sad part is it isn't the true PvP player base that does this. It is players that only come to take advantage of the event for quick kills because they can't get kills the rest of the year. Hurts PvP by causing players to give up on trying again.

I think ZOS should really work on PVE players in Cyrodiil:
- There should be a PVE mode (for quests) and it should be immune to PVP. A bit like in the Imperial City.
- PVE players shouldn't count towards the server's PVP population, even if it means reducing it to leave about fifteen slots per faction for PVE.
- PVE players wouldn't be able to capture flags or castles, etc.

Do the Scouting Board Cyrodiil quest. Ride up to the keep or resource, crouch and press X. Ride back and turn in the quest.

PvPers use trial gear. And dungeon gear.
Null arca, relequen, tarnished nightmare, major courage sets (for organized groups), pillager, and others. Basically if it's a proc set and doesn't say "to monsters" in the damage description, PvPers will try it.
Hmmm. I have a guildy friend who mainly does PvP in a different guild and he said you will find all PvP players using the PvP sets since they have specific stats aimed at PvP. The PvE sets according to him just don't do anything in PvP. I will chat more and find out. If that's the case I get it then, but again, sets should only work for the PvP/PvE area you get them in IMHO
Everyone who vote no and saying "ITS PVP" are those players made IC dead without any event, i dont see cyrodil dead without any event related!!!
those are the same players who just waiting for any players in their bases harassing them and steal tel vars from them and by the end of the day the cry here "why IC is dead" and we need more people.
the hypocrisy speak for itself.
simple logic, something doesnt work, CHANGE it or it will die.

You beat me to it. This is what I do to collect my event tickets if I cannot find a favorable map to run quests. The only thing I would add is to reduce the risk of being caught be sure to travel overland and avoid roads, gates and bridges as much as possible.

The easiest Cyrodiil daily is the fighter's guild one you get at the tavern. You don't have to ride into enemy territory. It's usually something like kill X things, with the location being far away from any action.
The scouting ones can take too much time to get to.

Sorry, but you are wrong. I had NOTHING to do with IC "being dead." And I have never preyed on other players. Not ever.
I'm a solo non-PvPer. I voted "No" because despite getting killed a few times (in a PvP zone that I willingly entered), I have never had a problem completing quests in IC or Cyrodiil during the PvP events, following the same advice that everyone gives to PvE people during these events. And if *I* can do it, so can anyone else.
The PvP zones are fine as is. Those folks only have two zones in the entire game. We have all the rest.
There's also another saying, "If it ain't broke, don't fix it."
I'd like it if imperial prison dungeon and white gold tower dungeon gave event tickets as a reward on a pvp event.
Maybe there could be a special event once a year when imperial city and cyrodiil are a pve instance but the rest of the time it stays pvp. I don't know if it's even possible for the devs to do it but just an idea.
To be honest I dont pvp anynore but I get a buzz from knowing I could get ranked at any minute while I quest , kinda makes it exciting lol

you understand me wrong there, my issue with IC is the logic, when players can steal tel vars from others that what makes it unattractive to players, if they just implement same system like cyrodil where tel vars is earned the same way it will be lot of fun, i do play 95% in cyrodil cuz its fun, we play the things players find it fun, not like IC when you have to be vigilant all time and always look around your shoulders for anyone to sneak on you and steal all you earnings which its really not fun.

The Tel Var risk is precisely what makes other people enjoy the area - it's the entire point of the zone. If you don't like it, don't go there.
IC isn't dead because of the Tel Var system, it's dead because of all the changes they made to the zone involving the flags. Before the flag changes, IC was packed constantly because fights were easy to find since you could respawn anywhere.

Every time Whitestrakes Mayhem appears, you have a significant portion of the playerbase who has no interest in PvP entering Imperial City. Many of these players get killed on quest points and never come back again.
Given that this zone is rich in PvE content and quests, would it be worth giving PvErs their own instance of IC? Future updates could then really expand on this zone with more quests and encounters.
(This is going to be particularly important with Subclassing which will create a much bigger gap between experienced and new PvPers).
