Massive FPS loss in parts of Solstice (PS/NA)

I tagged this as PS/NA, only because I play on my PS5. For all I know it’s effecting other platforms and servers too.

The most egregious offenders are the Tainted Leel delve, and the Tidespite world boss. It isn’t lag/latency, it’s that the frames go down into the single digits there.

I am able to replicate this with different characters at different times of the day. Occasionally other parts of Solstice will do it too, but the two above mentioned places are essentially a guarantee.

Speaking of tidespite, often times resurrection will reset the boss on PS5. Which is funny the first couple times. I've also noticed some slowing down of frames when he's spitting all the crabs out and the shipwrights regret mechanic is playing at the same time.

Tainted Leel seems to be worst around the braziers that have the blue flame in them.

I only noticed a small drop in the main town in places near the wayshrine.

It's not just in Solstice. It's game wide, and of course it's the worst in Cyrodiil during big fights. FPS is dropping to less than 10fps in most bigger fights in Cyro now...after June 25th server changes.

Xbox EU, Tainten Leel is terrible for loss of frame rate, and Tidespite is still broken. Res? Dont res? Companion dead? What makes it reset?
