I don't mean the introduction quests, thoiugh, but the later companion quests. I don't like to have to repeat those.

Anyhoo.. my personal opinion is that I'm okay with having to do the intro quest to unlock the companion on each character.
But I also believe that after a player acquires the companion's trinket (which is account wide), then the rest of the quests should stop popping the "I have a quest for you!" flag above their heads. The quests could still be available if the player decides to dig them out of the companion's dialog options. Just remove the nag mechanic. Because the main purpose of those quests is to increase rapport to subsequently increase xp gains for companion leveling. Which is no longer needed if the player has their trinket.

This is the best idea I’ve heard! I would love if those little quest markers would just go away in this case!
