I am speaking of the interactTargetName strings an addon gets from subscribing to EVENT_CLIENT_INTERACT_RESULT.
Every tongue's peculiarities are overlooked, not in favour of a global approach, but incoherently :
In proper english, you don't capitalize everything, so it should be "heavy sack", not "Heavy Sack".
German is corrrect with "schwerer Sack" - in german you capitalize names, not adjectives.
French and Spanish are the most ridiculous, with extra characters that have no meaning : "saco pesado^f" and "sac lourd^m"
Lastly, russian "Тяжелый мешок" has a capitalized T when it should not.
What should have been a five minute coding job for an addon programmer to translate their addon turned out in several hours of changing languages and not understanding the first thing about what happened... and it is probably the same for any in-house programmer that ever has to manipulate these strings.
