I don't think surveys fit in either category the green puzzle piece is meant for, so why is it there? and oh by the way, can we turn that "feature" off?

I've noticed this too. But we can get leads from some crafting node surveys, so maybe that's what the symbol means? My UI gives me a similar symbol next to treasure maps that have potential lead drops. I totally guessing here.

It affects surveys that open up like a lorebook rather than like a treasure map, so it's being marked as unknown in the same way an eidetic memory book would be marked as unknown.Nightfighters ― PC/NA and PC/EU
