Character stuck, no support

Hi,
My character is falling into the void since 2025-05-28, and I can't do anything to recover it.
I have tried all the steps as described in the character stuck section. (/camp, /stuck).
I can't make my character die, and I can't TP because of the constant fall.
The support is completely silent on that ticket.
Can you please unstuck it ? Move it to a random wayshrine or into my main house ?
