Character stuck, no support

Hi,

My character is falling into the void since 2025-05-28, and I can't do anything to recover it.

I have tried all the steps as described in the character stuck section. (/camp, /stuck).
I can't make my character die, and I can't TP because of the constant fall.

The support is completely silent on that ticket.

Can you please unstuck it ? Move it to a random wayshrine or into my main house ?

Yes, I have tried everything, including queuing to PvP, or queuing to random dungeon.
The constant fall prevents the character to be ported anywhere.
Somehow, even the chat doen't process any message or / command.

If you are on PC and have Essential Housing Tools, open your house list and right click on a house, maybe that might work. 🙂

It hasn't worked either.

But anyways, and finally, the support ported my toon at a wayshrine.
