Warden Class Mastery-Scribing

This ability is taking over in the PTS, any build can just grab up Animal companions' skill line, since it's overturned for PvP, and then add Warden class mastery for a free unavoidable stun.
Can we at least reduce the radius on this monstrosity? Before it takes over Cyrodil.

Nothing wrong with it, just move out the AoE.MAKE AZUREBLIGHT GREAT AGAIN

necro_the_crafter✭✭✭✭✭I would like to see a snare tuned down a bit, and charmed effect on player more clearly telegraphed, but overall it isnt something overperforming, game has a bunch of unavoidable CCs, and this one isnt the greatest.0
