You might find posting on the General Help forum more likely to be seen by ZOS, and it always helps to give an idea what it's about as well as any ticket number. Whatever you do, avoid submitting multiple tickets as they simply put you to the back of the queue. Progressing a ticket may be the way forward, however, and they cover much more than just technical problems.
I can't understand - I have a question, it is ignored in technical support. I write directly to the community manager, also ignored. I wrote here and again ignored. Is this a new approach of the company to its players?
