I have a question that cannot be resolved when contacting technical support. I ask authorized employees to help me in private messages.
Contacting the community manager doesn't help, because they don't answer me, so I'm writing here.

    You might find posting on the General Help forum more likely to be seen by ZOS, and it always helps to give an idea what it's about as well as any ticket number. Whatever you do, avoid submitting multiple tickets as they simply put you to the back of the queue. Progressing a ticket may be the way forward, however, and they cover much more than just technical problems.

    I agree, it was my mistake not to specify what I was talking about. I was talking about the Crown Store and the inability to give gifts. Instead of investigating the situation, the support service closed the request. I would prefer to describe the ticket number and other details in a private message, because there are nuances that are not for general review.

    For reasons largely known only to ESO, they do not openly discuss the hows and whys of qualifying for Crown Store Gifting. There are multiple threads on these forums for this exact same topic since restrictions were imposed (in 2023 I think?) all leading to the same point: ESO is unwillingly to publicly disclose the exact criteria for qualifying, as that would give exploiters the information they needed to get back at it.

    You can safely post the ticket number for one of the community managers to take a look. You do not need to provide any additional information here for that.

    Most likely all you're going to get here is a request that you place a support ticket or provide a ticket number for them to check on.

    But afaik, there is unfortunately no one here on the forums who can actually review tickets and change the outcome or provide much support beyond updates about a ticket.

    If you were denied for crown gifting, you might try putting in another ticket appealing the decision and posting the ticket number here so they can at least make sure it's being looked at by the right team... some have had success getting gifting unlocked with multiple appeals. Others have not. They don't seem to be willing to provide much insight into how the gifting decisions are made. I also wish OP luck.

    User support showed bias and did not solve the issue. That is why I am looking for where to contact, because the issue is important.

    Let me describe the situation:
    There is an account
    The account is over two years old
    This account continuously buys ESO subscriptions and has played over 4000 hours
    This account plays several days a week.

    Now to the point:
    The ability to give gifts from the Crown Store is blocked on the account.
    We wrote to technical support with a request to unblock it and give the ability to give gifts (request number 250328-002125).

    Request to moderators to delete the topic, because I have not received any response. Very disappointed with the interaction with players.
