Ugh, as a fellow migraine sufferer, you have my sympathies! This background doesn't have that effect on me, but the DLC for Assassin's Creed Odyssey that sent you to Elysium 100% gave me migraines. Everything there was so shiny and sparkly that it was exactly like the visual aura I get in the early stages of a migraine, and if I played for more than a very short period of time it would always give me a migraine...

Please at least walk it back to the Gold Road one, I honestly can't play this game if I'm greeted by a migraine hell upon login. >_<

Do any of the accesability features change the color of the login screen by chance? If not, might be a feature they could go back to the team with an look at adding @ZOS_Kevin.

We need a generic login screen with decent lighting,like a home,or something.I don't mind darker screen,but bright and odd colors throw it off,since I like seeing my chars like I made em.

I feel the same way. That zone is depressing.

Needing to unlock all the wayshrines the way we do make it even worse and you cannot rise in any direction without getting stopped by some impasse. It just feels cluttered, unfriendly and restrictive.

They did a great job making Coldharbour truly hellish, like uncomfortable to even look at, you could feel the way it was described as being simultaneously burning hot and freezing cold.

So why the hell would you make that the login screen???

Yeah, I hate that I have to apparently see Coldharbor for a year now every time I log in. It's not a very visually pleasing zone. If I got to choose I would like the High Isles one again.

I really would like the option to choose our background. One of my favorites was still the snowy Pact one from the OG era.

The West Weald one did get annoying with how oversaturated the yellow was, and how much that messed with the colors on your character. This one is darker but I don’t know if this is an improvement.

It would be nice if we had a few options (maybe also give us ones themed on each Chapter, including Wrothgar; one per Alliance; and then the Coldharbour one) that we could select from so our characters each had an appropriate choice.

I love it. The setting aside, the lighting is SO much better and my characters look amazing. No more harsh overhead sunlight! I used to squint my way through login because the lighting made some of my characters look so fugly.

I 100% support people being able to choose which login visuals they want, though. Mostly so I can keep this one forever.

Cold Harbour is definitely off-brand for every one of my characters and I also dislike the new login, personally.

I can definitely see this one being one of their least popular screens.

I'd like to be able to change it as well.

I almost never leave my characters in Coldharbour and it always takes me a long time to complete the quests there because I don't like being there for long so I do it in little bits. I actually think that's a sign of how well designed the zone is - it's Coldharbour, it's not supposed to be a nice place where you want to spend time.

But it also means I don't think it's a good choice for a character select screen, unless the idea is to get people to log in more quickly because it makes me want to get out of there ASAP.

I really don't like it. It would be great to be able to choose from previous login screens. Gold Road is my favourite, love the Autumn colours.

Personally I love the darker colorscheme. Makes the darker characters fit in, and make the more brighter characters stand out some more.

Agree, except neutral towards the ugly mushroom. If it is supposed to put me in the mood to buy something it misses the mark. I would prefer the option of having this one (or the other two):
