I guess depends on if Nirn is tilted, not sure how we'd figure that out though. Are there any references to seasons? I mean, parts of Cyrodiil and Skyrim seem to be in perpetual fall, while northern Skyrim seems to be in perpetual winter.
I would guess there would have to still be time zones though. Just probably not something spoken about, like regional currency existing in more places than mentioned.
