Actually, increasing PvE group size back to 24 would be a blast for guild shenanigans.

Uh what? No one said to delete PvP from ESO. In fact, both the accounts you quoted are avid PvPers.
Reducing the group size down to 12 from 24 undoubtedly helped the health of Cyrodiil. I'm not sure reducing to 8 would do the same, but acting like a desire to reduce the zerginess of Cyrodiil is the same as wanting to delete PvP from ESO is disingenuous at best, and a logical fallacy at worst.
