Help me make a list of Houses with Water features, pools, lakes, interior water pools, etc.

I want one house pre-furnished with some nice water features, Like the Psijic Manor and the current on sale WillowPond, but i want to look at all the options. To be honest if it was on sale i would probably get the Psijic manor but i know it will be a while before its on sale again.. also i dont like the lack of weather and time of day that the location purportedly has.

so i would like help from people who have seen all the houses, got any recommendations for nice looking large houses with water features? ideally with a fantasy look but honestly the water features are the biggest draw to me in most ways.

tbh if it wasnt for the fact it has 2 seperate houses instead of a decently bigger single house i would totally get WillowPond.
I play every class in every situation. I love them all.

Of the houses I own: Potentate’s Retreat, Thieves Oasis, Earthtear Caverns, Serenity Falls, Stone Eagle Aerie, Antiquarian’s Alpine Gallery, Sword-Singers Redoubt

Varlaisvea Ayleid Ruins is on the coast like Psijic Villa.

Amaya Lake Lodge has a small area of water near the entrance.

Ample Domicile has a little swampy pond area.

Amazing that no one has mentioned the most beautiful home in ESO.

    og81n6oj19s5.png

Seaveil Spire, It is an underwater Temple, the entrance is in Betnikh and comes with it's own lake that you can swim around in, also as a bonus anyone in the underwater section in this image can see people swimming above them and vice versa.

Likewise Princely Dawnlight Palace, where you can build quite far along the ocean rockface.

Seaveil and Stone Eagle are my favorites with water-features.
D'oh! And I forgot Fogbreak Lighthouse, my current primary home.

Hunter's Glade in the Rift has water in its "outdoor" area.

There's also Moon Sugar Meadow in Northern Elsweye.

I think from the vantage point of 'Impressive Water Features' there are only four that come to mind that would contend with sheer availability and 'presence'.

      1. Sweetwater Cascades
      2. Seaveil Spire
      3. Princely Dawnlight Palace
      4. Potentate's Retreat

This is mostly a list based on my observations where water in the home wasn't meant to be an 'afterthought' or a 'side effect' of its location. Instead the home specifically caters towards the presence of water within it; the list is also organized by my own personal rating of how much it caters towards that presence. Sweetwater and Seaveil are leagues (pardon the pun) above the other two. But Princely Dawnlight and Potentate's provide a natural man-meets-sea structure that the original two do not. I believe Potentate's to be worth less than Princely Dawnlight because it is damaged inside and that makes it seem very lackluster to me.

Lastly, the main reason I put Sweetwater Cascades at the very top is unlike Seaveil Seaspire it has a great deal of available structuring in the game that will blend naturally with the building so that, depending on how you build it, you can add extra bridges/pathways over your water-based home without it clashing with the view.

I would have to argue for Thieves Oasis, Stone Eagle Aerie, and Varliasvea Ayleid Ruins as far as fitting the location as you described. The first two are on my favorites list for the ones I own, and the Ayleid one would make the list if there were more older Ayleid furnishings added to the game. I have used some of the newer West Weald ones instead but could always use more.

I struggled with decorating the large dark dome area inside Potentate’s Retreat, but once I came up with something I am happy with the house. I would be happier if we could remove those ugly crystals from the large pool, though.

Serenity Falls might be a good place to start, available for gold and the waterfall is gorgeous, no need to wait for it to return to the store.

Also worth remembering there are now a couple of options for adding water to homes, the Basalt Pool, Everlasting Waterfall and the Sulfur Pool...... oh and ofc several different fountains.

I have made some really pretty streams using the waterfalls. 🙂

It's from Summerset, an achievement furnishing, and is quite pricey (like most achievement furnishings are) with 75k gold per piece.

So building a stream or cascades or big waterfall could easily go into the millions.

I want one house pre-furnished with some nice water features, Like the Psijic Manor and the current on sale WillowPond, but i want to look at all the options.

In addition to being an island surrounded by ocean like mentioned above, Grand Topal Hideaway (accessed by way of Grahtwood) also has a tall waterfall that pours down into a small but deep natural swimming pool. :) The pool drains out in two directions, creating twin streams with a series of smaller waterfalls and a shallow pool, before running down into the ocean. It's also a volcanic island, so you get lava waterfalls and streams as well, if ya want a bit of variety. You can swim all the way around the island, though there's not much else there but rock walls and ocean. The only things that may not meet your requirements are that it's not one house; it's a series of Murkmire-style huts on the island connected by nifty raised walkways. And the volcano makes noise sometimes, with a steady plume of smoke coming out. I have no idea when this house will be back on the market, though; I got it way back when it first came out and haven't paid attention to later sales.

Sigh, i really dislike the "temporary availability of these houses" it seems any house i genuinely would shell out full price for it prefurnished was on sale before i started playing again late last year.

I genuinely wonder if the push to fomo this stuff actually hurts sales sometimes..
