This is supposed to be for PVPERS! why can't zos ever get anything right! stop giving these incentives for a competitive match so that all you get is pve'rs in there with like 16k health being terrible!! take away the endeavors the xp, the daily reward. if ppl want that they should go to where they belong in the 8v8's!!!! how does that not make sense. So sick of it, u right competitive but most eso players obviously cant read so they just come in with their pve gear and ruin the match for everyone else. just give normal AP and fix the medal system so actual pvpers can be in there having fun. Id rather wait an hour for one match then get 5 or 6 in a row filled with this nonsense. Thanks for coming to my tedtalk. someone tag whoever they are cuz idk there names or care about it.

In general, if you are a strong player, you shouldn't care much about the abundance of newcomers around.
Guys. I know it doesn't seem that way, but mmr works. If you meet newplayer at BG and it bothers you, then just raise your mmr. I rarely see weak players on my necromancer anymore. No one has any pve builds. The situation that I see on a twink with a low mmr, then there's more of a problem with the appearance of a twink like me. For me, the fights there are extremely easy. I've been actively playing it for the last couple of weeks and it's only been three days since I've noticed an increase in the quality of the players.
In general, if you are a strong player, you shouldn't care much about the abundance of newcomers around. At the moment when a strong player cannot compensate for the presence of a weak player in the team, weak players almost do not appear in the team.
So I wouldn't want to offend anyone, but maybe you just didn't get that far in the rankings so you wouldn't see these guys. Although again, the mmr that's in the middle will be the most problematic anyway. Weak players will get there much less often, but still weak players will get there, and strong players will appear much more often. So maybe for mid-level players it will be a constant challenge to adjust to. In fact, there is no way you can remove weak players from 4x4 BG and you don't need to do this, they should study in 4x4. And any rating system will be most chaotic in the middle of the rating. At the beginning and at the end, everything is more stable. In any case, the higher your rating, the stronger the players will be in battle.
Of course, it would be great if ZOS would explain to us exactly how the mmr formula works. So that we can accurately understand the entire selection process.

I think you're overreacting. In the sense that we have pvp players and so many expenses and less earnings than we would like. And you're offering to take something else from us. I've done the last 300CP only at BG, if we don't have any experience there, then where will it come from? And waiting for one fight for so long is also a decrease in the arrival of AP. We definitely need to do something, but definitely not take something away from us. It's better then to take some away from pve.
I think the best thing that will fix your game now is an increase in mmr. I have two characters on BG 4x4, one main necromancer at high mmr, he has no problems with the players who got into the match, all the matches are long and hard. My NB mmr is still low and I'm having a lot of fun on it. 30-40 kill on 4x4 flag. And to be honest, on necromancer, I'd like to lower my mmr a little bit now. The weak players end up in both teams, so you can take out the round yourself. Just tell them at the beginning what to do, most often they will do it.
mmr can be artificially raised quickly. and try to stay in the top 100. If you stay in the top 30 for one week with a large number of wins, you will quickly see a change in the quality of the players. Well, if you come across thin players, then this is just a paradise for high mass damage. The whole team disappears at once. It's fun.
