So once again Bethesda is partnered with Nvidia and like the previous promotion the event seems problematic. I follow all the obscure requirements to finalize the reward yet for some reason no reward. I reach out to Support and I just get an outline of the requirements. This time I even have screen shots off all the required requirements but going through support it is exhausting. gd44enztqj2t.jpg

I really ever complain in the10+ years playing this game! I started in the Beta and yes the mount is meh. But I like to think i am the Jay Leno of mounts and collect them like vintage cars and display them in my house created to look like a Zoo. I wish Bethesda would go back to Prime Gaming I never had an issue nor with Twitch

just my 2 cents wondering if Nvidia is a bad partner?

    Thanks, I will check it out. I really appreciate you taking the time to help with this. Mostly this is just frustration with a bad partner of Bethesda. I never have issues with Twitch or Prime. This is what happens when a hardware developer gets involved with something completely outside their wheelhouse. Also, any support through Nvidia is horrendous and falls on the Desk of Support here. I would say cut ties with them, but I should look at Bethesda's balance sheet 1st. I bet we would all be surprised how much Nvidia is paying them to promote the Nvidia App. Thanks again for your help and contribution.

    I agree, it seems like Nvidia was not prepared and kinda did everyone dirty, including ESO since they had to put out the fire. Hopefully it gets smoothed out before any new ones happen.
