Hi,

I made a request for a ticket with customer support yesterday and still haven't got an answer, how long does it usually take to get a reply?

    99% of the tickets are ether ignored by customer service or being resolved without letting customer known the issue has been dealt with. But in 99% community will help you if they can - we like AA meeting here.

    What problem are you having? The initial response rate is pretty quick now, however a follow up with a non-copy/pasted reply usually takes many days in my experience. I have a ticket which is 4 weeks old tomorrow.

    hmmm wow you guys must be the unluckiest bunch i've ever seen... haven't even heard of anyone whose ticket took longer than 2-3 days to solve (when they have to transfer departments) because the initial response usually goes within 12-24 hours tops...

    @ZOS_HugoP Have they completely stopped responding to reports of gold seller spam? Previously you'd get an e-mail confirming Your report almost instantly, but lately I haven't received any confirmation at all...

    Email confirmations for bot and gold spam reports were disabled a few weeks ago, as people were complaining about too many support emails.

    Generally CS are pretty quick to respond form my tickets but it does depend on issue etc.

    Usually you get an automated email confirmation that the ticket is received. Then, if I hear nothing for 24 hours I will just reply to that with any additional information i.e. stuff I have tried or seen. And do that every 24 hours.

    Actually i noticed that you dont get a reply when submitting a bug or feedback. If you want to get someone, call, email, or leave a callback. However if it is an issue that you care about I always say you should really just call. Always worth the wait to get instant conversation, instead of being angry at a computer screen

    Well this is the customer support forums, start a new thread with the ticket number as the header, and i'm sure they can get someone on it, in case it was lost, Damn technology
