Generally CS are pretty quick to respond form my tickets but it does depend on issue etc.Hi,

Actually i noticed that you dont get a reply when submitting a bug or feedback. If you want to get someone, call, email, or leave a callback. However if it is an issue that you care about I always say you should really just call. Always worth the wait to get instant conversation, instead of being angry at a computer screen99% of the tickets are ether ignored by customer service or being resolved without letting customer known the issue has been dealt with. But in 99% community will help you if they can - we like AA meeting here.
