Nvidia App can't find games in Program Files, probably because that's a more protected directory, so I was considering reinstalling ESO to Users\...\AppData. Is this both possible and safe?

People often install to various other locations such as secondary drives, so there's no reason to think that %LocalAppData% wouldn't work.Nightfighters ― PC/NA and PC/EU
