- Given 2 days of log in rewards
- Extend Golden Pursuits end date by two days
- Extend ESO Plus free trial at least 2 days
- Any things from crown store on timers increased by 2 days
It seems things beyond the above would be like extras that folks want such as seals of endeavors, gold, or items.
Could be wrong but just trying to summarize for new folks to the thread so feel free to correct me.

Console servers will be down well over 24 hours. PC was down for nearly 24 hours. Nothing listed above hurts the in-game economy. The worst it does is cause a lot of people to buy cool mounts from the store.
I could see justification of cutting those rewards in half and/or offering comparable alternative solutions. No one expects something like in-game gold or mats that would affect the economy. Obvious these things can happen but this outage is unprecedented and it would go a long way to earning back some good if ZOS doesn't pretend like there's a finite number of cosmetic rewards they can give out from the reward mines.

And they refuse to continue paying for a malfunctioning game.

These people were locked out for over a week.
It would be nice to get the the end of the month daily log in rewards we'd otherwise miss, but this was out of Zos's control for once, and if they give us nothing at all I wouldn't be disappointed.

Do you have a source for that claim?

A datacenter power failure is outside the control of all involved parties.
