I no longer have "Recent" or any of the other categories at the top of the forums like I normally do. I like to check "Recent" first but it's not there.

✭✭✭It is probably related to the outage that is happening. It is affecting ESO store and accounts also, so maybe that's it? I hope so because like you I really like the "Recent" option.

✭✭✭✭✭My first guess would be that it's requesting a resource from the main site (the forums are hosted separately from the main site), and failing to display the top banner because that resource is unavailable, but if your browser has that resource cached, then it's able to use the cached version of that resource, which is why you have people using browsers from the same vendor and seeing different results.Nightfighters ― PC/NA and PC/EU
