Heavy crates and heavy sacks are not the same for Zerith Var

Heavy crates do not gleam with Zerith perk, and if you loot them you won't get rapport increased.
I thought that heavy crates and heavy sacks were the same except for the shape...
I don't understand why heavy crates are not equalized to heavy sacks...

I would guess heavy crates simply were forgotten about, as they are not very common/don't appear in very many areas. I actually forgot they were a thing until reading this.5 -

I think this is just an oversight, so perhaps this thread will bring attention to it.
I really like the perk, by the way. I never miss looting a heavy sack that's in range for me to see it.

Yep. 2 sacks and 2 chests in every dungeon.
Note that some of the mid-period dungeons with secret side areas snuck a third chest in those places, but the latest ones count the sides as one of their two.
There was also Selene's Web that used to have a bug where it would have almost all heavy sacks every run, but that's since been patched as well to only offer 2.2 -

And Selene's Web's colour palette makes seeing heavy sacks pretty hard, so that passive is very handy in there.The Moot Councillor0 -
