It's been almost two weeks and still no Chaosball drop

At this point I have no longer any expectation for it to happen, but I, for one, am still waiting on the drop of the Chaosball pet from the Update 44 live stream. Didn't get the crate either, but that's not a big deal. I finally put in a support ticket in-game last Tuesday. Got a ticket number, but didn't write it down since there's usually an email with it. Well, there wasn't and I haven't heard back from support either. I usually watch ESO Live in the browser on my PC, but this time I had to watch it in the Twitch app on my phone.
Did anyone else have a similar experience? (I know there apparently have been issues with the drop, but I had thought those were solved.)
@ZOS_Kevin any chance you could look into this?

If you still don't get a ticket number and we can look up your account tied to your forum account and go from there. Anachronian✭✭✭What about those that were working during the streaming period, the time available to watch and obtain it after the stream ended was too short?
I am assuming I am not the only one that wanted to be able to obtain this pet and follow the update, but there were not enough back up or multiple timezone coverage streams to unlock the chaosball, or if they were they were not advertised in a way that make it accessible to people.0 -

I did have a similar experience. I had to disable then relink my twitch account, next time I logged on it was right there.
If you put in a ticket, the will send you a response with the correct links. The zos team made it very easy.1 -

✭✭✭After reading this thread, I realized I hadn’t checked to see if I had received my chaos ball pet so I first looked under “Flying Pets” where you would think it would have been and it wasn’t there. I happened to click on Daedric and there it was! How strange for it to be under Daedric!0 -

✭✭✭I had to refresh twitch many times to get the progress on this drop started while the stream was running.
The initial drop period expired before the stream. I think that they tried to extend the drop psriid, but that attempt my have resulted in it's own unique countdown for the pet.
I've had issues with drops before. Sometimes, so it seems, Twitch hasn't recognized me as watching the stream.0 -

Yes, I had about only one minute left before the drop period expired. It took messing around for like 20 minutes before I got a twitch stream instance where the drop progress percent showed up. And congratulations on your new pet.1 -
