The game needs FAR less focus on housing and FAR more focus on combat, balance and performance issues. If ZOS doesn't fix these crazy bad performance issues the game won't survive much longer. Can't play if can't stay online more than 20 minutes at a time.1 -

Coo_PnT✭✭✭✭If I wanted one, I would want a horrific, bloody house. Like a torture chamber in the basement with creepy objects and mysterious flesh from the entrance. It would be great if ghosts would appear in the middle of the night. We already have plenty of beautiful, clean houses.

✭I posted it in another thread, but I think the idea has some value. I want a small townhouse with a secret door to a large underground vaulted hideout or cave. That way we can either decide to overdecorate the small house with 700 slots, or use both parts. This would satisfy the demand for small townhouses and at the same time deal with the slot issue most smaller homes have.

✭Definitely a graht oak house in either Grahtwood, Greenshade or Malabal Tor. It should have lots of connected trees with large platforms and the big stained glass window with light shining through. Some platforms/rooms are outside and some inside. Lots of plants and greenery. A full on Bosmer home with no apologies.It needs to be aesthetically beautiful.

I know we got the new house in Auridon, but it's not really like the houses we see dotted across Summerset. Also, more template houses, preferably in oblivion planes, or exotic pocket planes.2 -

✭✭I would like some more Argonian houses that aren't just mud huts. Not that I don't love my Humblemud or Ample Domicile, but I'd love something like this
With like a back porch and a small pond behind, around, and under the house that you can chill in. And maybe cave walls around for privacy or however they'd fence it off.
Or maybe something like this in a city, where you can access a bigger inside, but not have access to this porch, but it would let people sit outside their houses, and maybe chat with people going in and out of their version of their house, or sit and listen to the ambience of the game, and the Argonian bard singing at the tavern. Could be very cute in Lilmoth.

✭✭A secluded Breton-style sorcerer's tower in the mountains of Mournoth is my biggest in-game wish! Right on the border of The Reach, with gates and/or views into both zones. Location is everything.
This schmexy tower has so much quirky Breton energy: it would be perfect.
(Nedic- or Direnni-style towers could be good substitutes due to the area's lore).
A subterranean vault/dungeon would be a fun addition.
Did You Know?: There is not even one single Breton home in all of Bangkorai! Apparently wealthy orcs- unsatisfied with buying up THE ENTIRETY of North-Eastern High Rock- are gobbling up all the real estate in Bangkorai, too- pushing poor hard-working Bretons out of their own province!Edited by Supreme_Atromancer on October 7, 2024 12:00AM6 -

That said, the first and foremost consideration for me is always how close it is to a wayshrine. More than about a 15 second jaunt between house and wayshrine disqualifies it. I only want empty plots with at least 700 item limit.
I also need fully modular pieces like Pax Dei has. Various roof pieces and shapes to complete the building.
I would love it if ESO went back and finished Leyawiin castle set with all the pieces we need.
Same for the Colovian stone. The Colovian stone with doorway and the Colovian wall don't even match. The Colovian wall has so much plaster. They don't look seamless if we align them.
Windows that are no-glass. Players can add glass independently of the window.
I would like ALL the pieces that devs used to build the castle and enormous castle walls of Pantherfang Chapel (except the chapel pieces. don't care for the chapel building). I want to build my own proper castle.

a wayshrine furnishing would be fantastic but id like to see a bunch in different styles0 -

It doesn't matter to me, but ZOS please make all the new ones you make pretty so that all the folks who are into decorating houses also buy them!2
