Greedy for Ghosts buggy?

Hi guys,
We did the Trifecta + achievements today in Graven Deep, but have been unable to get the last achievement "Greedy for Ghosts" for one of our members (he's the only one who didn't have it). We understand that it's necessary for the achievement to collect all golden ghosts (which appear when the endboss is splintering someone's soul with one of his abilities), however we did multiple runs today and none of us died when collecting the golden ghosts, to technically our member should have got the achievement already quite some time ago. We have done this in Veteran-mode (not normal mode).
Therefore I'm wondering if this achievement is currently buggy? Or is there something special that we need to do?

✭✭✭✭✭im pretty sure the ghosts its referring to is the gold ones which appear during the 50% phase when its summoning the abomination, gold ghosts spawn during that phase as well and i think i got the achievement after getting like 6-7 of them
i think i accidentally got this achievement running on normal, solo, when the dungeon first came out lolplays PC/NA

i have my main house (grand topal hideaway) listed in the housing tours, it has multiple target dummies, scribing altar, and grandmaster stations (fully filled out with current game), as well as almost every antiquity furnishing on display to preview them
in progress: acquiring mundus stones (currently only have the thief)

Nope.
As Necrotech_Master correctly pointed out, it's the "golden" (well, light gray due to the color filter in place during that mechanic) ghosts that heal you and grant you speed during the Afterlife mechanic (when everyone is sent into that different realm).Nightfighters ― PC/NA and PC/EU
