Just cos this doesn't bother you it doesn't mean other players can't express their frustration on this safe forum. It is a nasty culture that finds entertainment from mocking player's creative expression and putting others down in order to raise their own popularity. Makes me not want to participate.

This will discourage some players to not put their houses up for visitation. So the problem might solve itself ... very little participation.

At least one person did some of this at request, that I know of. People were enjoying a roast. Some people don't just handle it, but invite it.

Anyway, art criticism is legitimate and has been an important part of art for a long time. If all they're doing is that, I can't see how that would be against TOS. Although something more serious could be actioned in-game for what happened on stream.

Instead of reporting them to ZOS... why not report them to Twitch? It seems like a better idea... If Twitch finds that the streamer is harassing people on his stream.. they can rightfully terminate their account.

There is a pretty simple solution to this. You can put the streamers account name on your home's ban list.

I don't understand since their behaviour is literally in game. It's no different from live streaming a PvP session where you identify other players you have just ganked and then post it on social media. It defiinitely counts as harassment since it is creating a hostile environment for them to play in.

As far as I understand from the OP, this is not about criticism, but about mocking people.

And I also find it problematic in connection with the fact that ZOS will soon even be holding a contest, which is supposed to encourage people to use the "new feature".
