Request: More locations for Luminous Ink please!

Luminous Ink sources to be updates to
Standard Overland Chests
Thieves Troves
NPC Chests in businesses
Psijic Portals
and Fishing Sacks

for sure, it would be nice, I like Scribing because it gave me new skills to play around with for my overland build, there should be more sources for ink out there, or maybe it should even be sold by merchants for like 5k or something

I'd also like to find Luminous Ink from PvP sources, such as Rewards for the Worthy containers. All of the sources thus far — mob drops, resource nodes, heavy sacks, and treasure chests — are all highly skewed in favor of being found during the natural course of PvE activities (like overland or dungeons/trials), but not so in PvP activities.

Rewards for the Worthy can be earned through specifically PvP activities in Cyrodiil, Imperial City, and Battlegrounds, so it should be a prime candidate for a PvP source of Luminous Ink.

While I was moving toward a new way shrine in West Weald to activate it, three hoarvers attacked me, and upon their expiration I found one luminous ink. This ink drop is coming from the most unexpected sources.
