We will be performing maintenance for patch 11.2.4 on the PTS on Monday at 10:00AM EDT (14:00 UTC).
Why did a PTS update result in a need to reinstall the PTS files?
I opened PTS today and got the update routine. At the end, the Launcher showed "Install" instead of "Play." All of the PTS files are still in their proper folders on the hard drive, but apparently the Launcher doesn't recognize them. Since the Launcher thinks the game files are not installed, there is no option to "Repair." Is there any way to recover from this situation? Or am I now forced to "Reinstall"?
