• EU megaservers for patch maintenance – January 21, 9:00 UTC (4:00AM EST) - 15:00 UTC (10:00AM EST)

The maintenance is complete, and the PTS is now back online and patch 11.3.1 is available.
Why did a PTS update result in a need to reinstall the PTS files?

I opened PTS today and got the update routine. At the end, the Launcher showed "Install" instead of "Play." All of the PTS files are still in their proper folders on the hard drive, but apparently the Launcher doesn't recognize them. Since the Launcher thinks the game files are not installed, there is no option to "Repair." Is there any way to recover from this situation? Or am I now forced to "Reinstall"?

I don't have an answer for you but I will say that I've had nothing but issues after they updated the client.
That was definitely a case of "If it isn't broken, don't fix it."0
