EDIT: Apparently the original tweet was not accurate on the official ESO Twitter account. They just updated via Twitter;

I really can't believe they will still a go on this, even after having their game on the state it is....I guess this is a bot update as they will be the only ones playing this game soon.

It appears they're rolling it out Monday at 8:00am East Coast time (US time) (1pm UK time), assuming the maintenance time hasn't changed. Yes, there will be megaserver downtime and a 5gb'ish patch for this.

Edit: they just tweeted they got it wrong, it doesn't come out tomorrow.
