But I don’t think there is an improvement. For testing, I compared Slivers of Null Arca with Relequen. You can see that Slivers of Null Arca is still nearly 100% behind Relequen in damage (5.4% VS 10.7%, Damage: 1137935 VS 2250247).
And don't forget, the CP points I used have more benefits for Slivers of Null Arca.
Slivers of Null Arca still needs to increase its damage by at least 80%~110% to be truly usable!
Slivers of Null Arca, The damage done is even lower than Nirn, as Nirn also has one direct damage not shown in the picture.

This is a potentially fun set. In my testing, in purely solo it is fun, but the conditions are to limiting. It reminds me of plague break, which was a all time favorite set, because of the explosion fun factor. Unfortunately, people abusing it made the rest of us not have the ablity to enjoy it anymore. This set could be that, if it was more versatile. Please consider adding a modifier that would make it explode if an enemy is hit and after so many seconds have passed. Right now it feels like I'm being teased with the idea of using a fun plague break, but then having the rugged pulled out from under me.
