    The reason its taking so long to receive an update is because you keep sending responses before our team is able to respond. Every time you do this, your ticket actually gets pushed further down the queue. As soon as an update is available, our team will be in touch. In the meantime, we suggest refraining from sending further updates until the team reaches out to you.
