Didn't recieve the extended ESO+ compensation?

So I'm part of the PTS incident peeps that got banned for 9 days. Got the endeavors and the jubilee mount but it seems I've not received the promised ESO+ extension. After the maintenance, my time remaining for + didn't change (53 days before maintenance / 53 days after maintenance) and I didn't get the 1.6K crowns
Any words on this?

    Is not 1.6k crowns, just 16k endeavors. I don't think you are entitled to the crowns just because of ESO+ extension. They never said they were going to add such amount of crowns.

    Actually they did say that and I as many others did receive those crowns in combination with the extended free month of ESO plus. The 16k seals are on top of things.

    This is taken directly from the forum post (idk how to quote from other threads)
    To make up for any lost subscription time, we will be granting one month of ESO Plus (including the crowns) to active ESO Plus subscribers whose accounts were locked as a result of this issue.

    So yeah, I find it weird that my ESO+ duration didn't increase nor not getting the crowns.
    Also I checked on NA, I didn't find the cumberland anniversary outfit either (got it on EU due to receiving it at literally last day of April)
