Missing subscription time

A month ago I was hacked, then told that my account would rolled back to recover my items. I didn't play for nearly 2 weeks before I finally started being given items back via mail. [Snip].
At the time of submitting the ticket, I had something like 53 days left on my subscription. Today, being 27 days later, would result in 26 days being left on my account. +5 days from the promo code that claims to have auto-applied (and won't redeem).
There's also the 2 weeks of subscription time I'm owed for having been told on the phone that my account would be rolled back, resulting in me not actually playing for that time.
So, all in all, I should still have something like 53-27=26+5=31+14=45. Rough approximation on my part. It might be as low as 40, or maybe 35. But, I digress.
I figured I'd mention this as I've already submitted a ticket, then hopped on here to see if anyone else had the same issue; nope. Nobody else that I've seen so far; just a massive amount of people being double-charged and given no sub time.
This has pretty much killed it for me. When my sub time gets restored, I'm going to play (with what motivation I have) until it expires, then I'm walking away until F2P or B2P.

If you look in the transaction history you'll find that the 5 days was auto applied to your account. No action needed to be taken to get it. At least that's how the 5 days was applied to my account.

Like I stated originally: the email said it auto-applied (I tried redeeming it just in case, but it didn't). Anyhow, the 5 days is moot considering I should have just under a month left at this point (before factoring in the 2 weeks I didn't play due to being told I was getting a rollback).

I did address it in a proper manner. I sent in a support ticket in regards to the issue.
Then I came here to laugh at how I lost sub time while everyone else was double-billed and given no sub time.
