My friend cannot submit her tickets

She said she is sure this was the email address she initiate used to send the ticket from but got this response as picture shows，how to work around this issue？

✭✭I cant see the account details but be careful if for example it was a googlemail account that is now also recognised as gmail. The response has to be sent through the googlemail address it wont recognise the gmailEdited by fizl101 on April 26, 2024 5:42PMSoupy twist0 -
