She said she is sure this was the email address she initiate used to send the ticket from but got this response as picture shows,how to work around this issue?
If she kept getting her email blocked like this,how Can she ever reply to ZOS's support team?I ask on her behalf Coz she does not have a forum account herself.
I cant see the account details but be careful if for example it was a googlemail account that is now also recognised as gmail. The response has to be sent through the googlemail address it wont recognise the gmail
