• PC/Mac: No maintenance – January 19
• NA megaservers for patch maintenance – January 21, 4:00AM EST (9:00 UTC) - 10:00AM EST (15:00 UTC)
• EU megaservers for patch maintenance – January 21, 9:00 UTC (4:00AM EST) - 15:00 UTC (10:00AM EST)

Unable to Login - Not Related to PTS Issue - Not Even Sure what causing it specifically.

hi I am trying to log in. I don't believe I logged in at all yesterday, I might have in the morning but I don't remember. However, I did not login to the PTS at all, and haven't done so in like 6 years at least. I just don't have the space on my CPU to do so. I have already sent a ticket, however, I am hoping I can solve this without needing supports help.

    I am having the same issue. I wonder if this is the root cause:

    Looks like yesterday the PTS was bleeding into the live realms and today the account maintenance bleeding also into live realms.

    Same issue here. Both EU and US so looks like the maintenance is scr**ing things up.

    I have the same problem also. I sure hope the account maintenance is causing this, tho it never has in the past.

    Howdy,
    I'm curious then (not bird-dogging ya) , what has caused our logins to fail in the past ( it kind of sounds like you may have seen this problem before or perhaps I misread your comment)? Mine was working just fine last night, then suddenly it just fails out of the blue today. So given what has happened; either the Server maintenance did it, or this outage did it, seeing as how those are the only changes that I have seen that apparently are impacting users.

    I also have this problem, same message popping up, and am unable to send a ticket because of the website being down for maintenance.

    Same deal, I am not on the PTS.

    I have 2 accounts, and *neither* will log on, from this PC or my husband's. I was able to log and play normally on EU last night on my main account however. Husband also can't log his 2 accounts.

    Talked to someone on reddit having the same issues, they got a reply from their ticket and it said that this shouldn't be happening.

    This happened when I tried to run the game from the *exe file, but when I launch the game through Steam it works just fine.
    (* I tend to run the game from the exe file whenever I don't feel like logging into Steam.)

    I already unlinked the account as that was part of the troubleshooting sets I was given by the website. RIP Go figure.

    I found this link someone from the bethesda support twitter posted for someone on a post: beth.games/4cVqA79 I had to open an inprivate window for it to work though.

    Interesting, therefore, and evidently regardless denials (they got a reply from their ticket and it said that this shouldn't be happening), this outage was the root cause of this issue; when it ended, we are able to log back in.

    Hopefully, Support/zenimax/Bethesda et al. keeps this in mind also.
