Unable to Login - Not Related to PTS Issue - Not Even Sure what causing it specifically.

hi I am trying to log in. I don't believe I logged in at all yesterday, I might have in the morning but I don't remember. However, I did not login to the PTS at all, and haven't done so in like 6 years at least. I just don't have the space on my CPU to do so. I have already sent a ticket, however, I am hoping I can solve this without needing supports help.

Howdy,
I'm curious then (not bird-dogging ya) , what has caused our logins to fail in the past ( it kind of sounds like you may have seen this problem before or perhaps I misread your comment)? Mine was working just fine last night, then suddenly it just fails out of the blue today. So given what has happened; either the Server maintenance did it, or this outage did it, seeing as how those are the only changes that I have seen that apparently are impacting users.Edited by CrushDepth on April 16, 2024 4:21PM0 -

Same deal, I am not on the PTS.
I have 2 accounts, and *neither* will log on, from this PC or my husband's. I was able to log and play normally on EU last night on my main account however. Husband also can't log his 2 accounts.

Talked to someone on reddit having the same issues, they got a reply from their ticket and it said that this shouldn't be happening.0 -

✭This happened when I tried to run the game from the *exe file, but when I launch the game through Steam it works just fine.

I already unlinked the account as that was part of the troubleshooting sets I was given by the website. RIP Go figure.0 -

CrushDepth✭✭Interesting, therefore, and evidently regardless denials (they got a reply from their ticket and it said that this shouldn't be happening), this outage was the root cause of this issue; when it ended, we are able to log back in.
