In order to discuss matters regarding your account, for security reasons I will need to verify that you are indeed the account holder. Can you please provide me with an answer to one of the following questions:
Last 4 digits of the credit card number used for a purchase
Paypal transaction ID used for a purchase
A Complete Game Time code
The Answer to your Secret Question
Once you do so, I can begin to look into your account and reveal any information you wish.

I put in the ticket this morning at about 7:30 A.M my time.
I received this in response at 8:05; which everywhere else in the U.S. (except Hawaii) is the middle of the day. 12:05 yours according to your time-stamp.
Your callback time is always listed as less than a minute, & your CS is the worst I've ever encountered.
I have contacted VISA to dispute the charge; as well as cancelled my account with you.
Fiascos of this nature on top of everything else are unacceptable.
