In order to discuss matters regarding your account, for security reasons I will need to verify that you are indeed the account holder. Can you please provide me with an answer to one of the following questions:

Last 4 digits of the credit card number used for a purchase
Paypal transaction ID used for a purchase
A Complete Game Time code
The Answer to your Secret Question

Once you do so, I can begin to look into your account and reveal any information you wish.

I put in the ticket this morning at about 7:30 A.M my time.
I received this in response at 8:05; which everywhere else in the U.S. (except Hawaii) is the middle of the day. 12:05 yours according to your time-stamp.


Your callback time is always listed as less than a minute, & your CS is the worst I've ever encountered.

I have contacted VISA to dispute the charge; as well as cancelled my account with you.
Fiascos of this nature on top of everything else are unacceptable.

    My wife and I were also charged twice.. 2 times for her and 2 times for me..Is this happening to a lot of people?

    There are a lot of things people are willing to forgive. Playing with their money isn't one of them. One would think they might have put more thought into their payment models and systems to avoid these messes.

    I really would not care if it was $15 but my wife and I got the 6 month plan witch is $77 and was charged 4 times

    Holy *** man...I mean, it really shouldn't matter regardless. A dollar is a dollar...but damn, that's a quad injury. I hope they resolve it for you soon.

    A CS rep from the forums has contacted me about this. Quite likely it is happening to allot of people, they are most certainly scrambling to get it resolved.

    Mayhaps I ran into the single copy-paster left in their CS department this morning.. *winks*

    I don`t understand why they need last 4 digits, paypal, secret answer and all that crap to see if the account was billed twice or 6 times ?

    Great !! You know the answer !! So...you want your money back??

    Nah is a gift. Keep them and bill me 15 times next month :smiley:

    i canceled my sub, two minutes after i activated it.

    i have played enough games in my life to know, the first billing cycle has the chance to be riddled with problems.

    If I were you yes I would check to make sure that you were only charged for what you bought.

    I'm assuming all of you didn't play in the early, right? If you played in early access you shouldn't get charged until the 11th. that's what shows on my account.
