Having lag for days

I have lag since like 3 days, this is getting unplayable, everyday gets worse, doesnt matter at which zone or hour in the day, suddenly I appear death while facing mobs, or having a 1s delay at skills... I get to a point when I realize Im not enjoying playing so I just quit and do something else, thinking " well maybe tomorrow is fixed" but NOPE.
Is there a fix for this or maybe im not the only and they are going to reset server soon or...?

offycakes✭✭Yup, this is essentially my problem exactly. It continues every single day, but has only existed for the past 1 week or so. Doesn't matter whether its primetime or 8am EST, the lag is all the same.0
