The tooltip should be updated to reflect the change to the bite timer for Werewolf and Vampire, as the wording implies that there are still unique bite timers for each character. It is intended that all Werewolf and Vampire bites for every character reset at the same time every week. For instance, if you were to bite someone the moment the cooldown wears off, you'd have a cooldown timer of exactly 7 days; biting someone closer to the reset day will give you a shorter cooldown.

Sharing Hircine’s Gift (Werewolf lycanthropy) and Noxophilic Sanguivoria (Vampirism) will change from a 7-day cooldown to be on the Weekly Reset instead.

Well, that would've been handy to know. I've been looking for something that said that the cooldown had changed and didn't find it. Thanks for that!
