Good balanced difecultys! I like a challange but I am not a video game god. Give me some mecanics, but don't overdo it! After a long day at work, I sometimes like to take it easy ;)

Give me something to explore! The less I have to follow a linear path the better! And I gladly take a puzzel or two!

A variety of these things spread across the content, so they don't all feel the same. For example, I don't want ALL the trials to have a "group killer" first boss, such that it's extremely unlikely to ever find a group capable of getting to the final boss, but I don't want them all to be a cakewalk, either. I don't mind a creative puzzle or two now and then, but it would drive me crazy if everything had puzzles.

Everything in moderation, including moderation. ;)
My #1 wish for ESO Today: Decouple achievements from character progress and tracking.

I don’t really care about the loot too much but good mechanics is the main thing. I’ve found I seem to hate nearly every single orange dungeon or trial though so aesthetics play a part I guess haha.

i love dungeon and trial puzzles.
and mechanics like the first boss fight in Dreadsail Reef with the ice and fire maormer are fun.

good balanced difficulty is important too and i hope storymode difficulty gets added soon.
Especially because i usually can't do dungeon quests when in groups.

    and for arenas:

Vateshran Hollows is really awesome to me.

the fire bosses aren't always doable, but the arena is mostly a good challenge.
it has a nice design, i love the grappling, and i love how it isn't just a few waves of numerous enemies in slightly different areas.

infinite Archive is also good to me.

the variety of bosses and enemies is nice, but the stages get boring especially in arc 3+ when they get way more health.

And the design of the areas could do with some more variety, like delves from all over the game if possible? Currently all of it is just Apocrypha.

I don't care so much about the rewards as long as the content itself feels rewarding, and that's solely to do with mechanics and difficulty. Challenging mechanics that involve group coordination and strategy are always fun. This does not include invulnerable phases (I don't think anyone enjoys those) or gimicky mechanics or puzzles that are easy and just become tedious after the first few times (especially when interaction with them is finicky). Relatively small distances between mob packs are better (as beautiful as LOM is for example, it's a pain to traverse), as well as difficult mob packs, so that it's not all about the boss fights.

A mixture of things, but if it lacks a challenge for me personally it's a flop. I like gameplay married with narrative approach and when one part fails, other one can barely safe the other (and in the case of narrative in ESO it's never possible, sadly).

Fun and exciting content of course but when you have played it a few times and it starts to feel same everytime what keeps players to still play it over and over?

I dislike anything that has wave spawns: Dragonstar, Maelstrom, Blackrose, parts of Ruins of Mazzatun
