    1. Added in a unicorn fart elixar. 🦄 🌈 ( permanent debuff: reduces 97% of all stats and increases movement speed, item cannot be sold, traded, destroyed, or be in the bank. Once auto-equipped, it will always remain eqqiped, it will remain active at all times).
    Characters will randomly fart rainbows at the most inconvenient times which will break stealth, shields, and wind.
    2. Remove the ability to alt-f4 and the logout button.

    Forgot to mention. The unicorn elixar debuff can spread to nearby players.

    Horses can hit NPCs or other players and get you a traffic fine.

    Hit or riding past a guard too closely, an esteemed and privileged social rank in Tamerial, would trigger 10000 gold fine and be eliminated on sight.


    Those who cannot afford to pay fines would be put into jail and offline time does not count. As an alternative, they can work in lightless mines to reduce the sentence. Prison labors in mines are free to kill each other for mined metal.

    The button/key you press to interact with objects changes after every use and is never the same more than once in a row. To be sure everyone has an equally random experience controllers may require multiple buttons be pressed simultaneously.

    You can now only use wayshrines from a wayshrine. All transport requires payment, and each wayshrine only connects to others in that zone. Want to get to a different zone? Start walking or pay up at the docks or carts.

    Place interactable nonsense on crafting tables so only a small spot allows you to craft

    surround NPCs you need to interact with, with boxes that are ' Steal ' items

    completely stop characters from walking/running by blocking them with stones that are 2 inches high. Make the character hop over them.

    have NPC's with quests run up to the character and stand basically on top of the character constantly, over a large area, even though the character does not want to start that quest at that time.

    Have NPCs that go along on some quests stand right against the character, causing pointless interaction with the NPC instead of looting mobs or other interactions they are trying to do.

    I have a few horrifying ideas, some of which were actual mechanics in games I have played before.

    1. Every time a Sorcerer or someone with a lightening staff stands on, in or near water, they stand a chance of electrocuting themselves for an instant one-shot. This includes, but is not limited to: Rain, Puddles, Rivers, Lakes, Streams, and anything shiny that can possibly be mistaken or misconstrued as water, including dying your own armor any color that could possibly resemble water.

    These were actual mechanics in another game I played:

    2.In order to sell anything at all, you have to pay rent on a kiosk. Rent lasts for a certain amount of days, and you have to carry the kiosk in your inventory, consuming multiple inventory slots in accordance to the size of the kiosk. The kiosk must be set up in a physical location along the outer wall of a major city, and the items within the kiosk must be arranged within in accordance to their size. The larger the item is in the physical world, the more space inside of the kiosk it takes up, and the less items you are able to sell.

    You are charged an additional merchants fee to buy a certificate that allows you to make gold, and after you make all of your gold, you are charged another fee to cash in the merchants certificate. The fee is large and excessive, and makes your item sales feel pointless.

    If there are still items in the kiosk when you set it down or pick it up, they drop on the floor as physical items that other players are able to pick up and steal from you after a 1 minute timer has passed.

    3.Gold takes up actual physical space, and you must carry around physical bags in your inventory that only carry 10k at a time. A bank exists, but both depositing and withdrawing money costs a percentage of the gold you are carrying. You are also charged a fee for performing any kind of transaction that involves automatically withdrawing gold. The only way to avoid fees is to carry gold on you at all times in physical pouches

    If you accidentally sell items for more gold than your pouches can carry, your gold drops on the ground as a physical item other players can steal.

    4. Arrows take up physical space, and you can only carry 100 at a time in a pouch that takes up a large amount of space in your inventory. In order to refill the pouch, you have to pick arrows back up off of the ground.

    You get charged real life taxes. Income tax, property tax, everything. You have no benefits, the NPCs do.
    You have to get a license in order to use weapons, one per weapon type, and also a license to hunt wildlife (also one per animal type). Same for gathering, each kind of resource would require a license - and no, there would be no "wood license". You'd need a license for each and every kind of wood.
    And so on.

    1. When having a bounty and being caught by the guards, the player character is stripped to their small clothes and all their items are spread across the zone as potential loot (including bound items). While other players will not have access to these items, the items can be assigned as quest loot even for quests that have already been completed and cannot be retaken by the current character. The player must quest with an alternate character in order to retrieve such items. If the player does not have any alternate characters able to do said quests, another must be made. If the player does not have any free character slots, more slots must be purchased with crowns. Ability to delete characters is disabled during this situation. Failure to re-obtain the items within 10 days (semi-generous time to allow a new character to quest up to the appropriate spot) causes them to be forfeited, bound status removed and made available as loot to all other players in the zone.

    2. Overland content can only be done while in a group of 12 that consists of 3 tanks, 3 healers and 6 damage dealers. Any team member that uses a skill considered to be outside of their designated role is automatically kicked from the team. Any time a team member goes offline or leaves the group for any reason, the rest of the group is ported back to the zone's main town / city. They cannot leave the town / city without replacing the missing team members. Difficulty of overland content is not changed. All group members must be on the same quest. Only 2 minutes allowed to wrap up dialog and take the next quest. Also, only 2 minutes allowed to travel from the main town / city to the location of the targeted quest giver and take the quest. Quest sharing is not allowed. Dialog skipping is not allowed. Each player must go through and hear the dialog completely themselves. If the 2 minute timer ends for any one player, the entire group is ported back to the main town / city to try again.

    Make "stuck in combat" permanent. It would clear the lag in Cyro immediately as everyone would quit in disgust.

    That is, they would quit as soon as they were out of combat.

    3. Reduce transmute crystal cap to 25 without ESO+ and 50 with ESO+. The only way to transmute gear at 50 TC a piece would be to purchase ESO+. And the only way to reconstruct gear would be to fill out enough of the sticker book to reduce the price to 50 or 25 depending upon ESO+ status.

    Oh and geodes that contain TC cannot be banked, mailed, traded or otherwise destroyed.

    4. All boss loot is put into a single pool. Players bid on what they want. If two or more players bid on the same item, they must play Tales of Tribute until there is a clear and decisive winner. Any player that does not own High Isle is out of luck and forfeits their bid on that item.

    1. You can no longer be rez'ed with Soul Gems, you have to spawn at a way shrine when you die.

    2. When you die you drop all your inventory on the ground and have to pick it up from the spot you died. Other players can also pick up your stuff.
