This sounds like a punishment to new players, not a reward for achievements. I disagree with this idea. I hope they never do something like this. Newer players benefit more from the event because they don’t have much to begin with. Players with these achievements probably have a lot of style/motif pages already and just destroy the bound pages.
The drop rate should be increased for the new pages for everyone instead.
