Icereach Style Motif required for Master Tailor quest

Isn't that a bit extreme?
I searched online and the answer to the question, "where do I get the icereach style motif" is, from farming the icereach dungeon.
I've searched every player vendor, not a single icereach motif.
How do I get this motif?
I ran the normal dungeon 3 times now and I'm already bored of it.
And not it's just 1 out of how many? 15? Icereach motifs.
In other zones, like the Thieves Guild zone, you get motifs from harvesting or killing world bosses.
Icereach? No harvesting there, no world boss either.

DLC dungeon motifs, unlike other motifs, reward player skill rather than simple participation or luck. As such, running the dungeon on the lowest difficulty is not efficient.- They have guaranteed 100% drop chance on veteran hard mode.
- They have a 50% drop chance on veteran non-hard mode.
- And I'm not sure what the drop rate is on normal, except that it's very low. Something in the range of 5-10%.

I agree with this suggestion.
My first step when doing master writs (I normally do them in batches) is to check the requirements for any where I don't have the motif or the style/trait material so I can decide if I want to try to buy what I need or sell the writ because it's not worth me doing.
Sometimes I'll start out trying to buy the motif (I use TTC to find it at guild traders) and then give up because it's too expensive or I can't find any, sometimes I look at it and immediately know it's not worth it for me.PC EU player | She/her/hers | PAWS (Positively Against Wrip-off Stuff) - Say No to Crown Crates!

the only motifs i dont think show up on master writs are crown only ones (frostcaster, tsaesci, grim harlequin), and event related motifs (hollowjack, etc)plays PC/NA

✭✭✭Normal mode has a diminished change of a style page dropping. Veteran hardmode has a guaranteed drop.
The other option is to buy them, if you're pockets are deep enough: if you're on PC use TTC or a similar addon to locate the vendors who are selling it at the moment. ✭✭The easiest way to search guild traders for motif chapters is to search the book number, which you can find with a quick internet search. In this case, Crafting Motif 82: Icereach Coven Style would be a simple search for, "82". Sort by least expensive and you're all set.0 -

✭✭✭✭✭The Fryse Willow style mat for that writ was an expensive one when it came out, I don’t know if that has changed. I think it only drops from deconning the gear in that dungeon. Kinda like Glass Eyes of Mora. Plus it is used in Reach furnishings. So it’s generally not worth it to do those writs. I sell them right away.
