Cannot Buy from Guild Traders/Access to Guild Bank AGAIN (4th Time)

Beginning to review what I can do beyond this forum to submit complaints regarding this issue. Ridiculous.

Unfortunately I waited 4 days to ask @ZOS_Kevin for help, but as soon as I did, in a few hours my ticket was reviewed and my ordeal was over.
