Can't login on forums support to send a ticket

Hi, I can't login on forums support to send a ticket. I made sure my username and password was correct and I'm able to login to forums no problem but when I try to send a ticket I can't login. I've sent a ticket and support said they'd put my through to specialised support but then my ticket was closed. Could someone please help?

✭✭✭✭You are using your game id and password not your forum id and password?
Iirc thar's what you need to use to login.When people say to me........
