Can't login on forums support to send a ticket

Hi, I can't login on forums support to send a ticket. I made sure my username and password was correct and I'm able to login to forums no problem but when I try to send a ticket I can't login. I've sent a ticket and support said they'd put my through to specialised support but then my ticket was closed. Could someone please help?

You are using your game id and password not your forum id and password?

Iirc thar's what you need to use to login.
