Can't log in client, can on website

I've got a second account I have used for bank space, and i'm trying to log in via the client and it always says Login Failed, but when I log in the website, it works. Any ideas? I remember this used to work.

This is the only error shown, no specific code. This account was not purchased through Steam or Epic.

Thanks, I do see that I am logging on the correct account with the base game/greymoor. Is there additional steps to try? Thanks!

I ran a test by installing the non-steam version of ESO, and i'm still unable to log onto that account via the client (account management + support portal works). I updated the ticket with that info, and i'm waiting to hear back @ZOS_Bill
