For that price, you wait until kiosk flip (9 pm EDT on Sunday night), you run around and find one that didn't get bid on, and you join the throngs of people trying to hire said kiosk.

You won't get a single decent trader for this amount. Cheap traders in the open world start at 50-100k. Those prices quickly rise the better the location will be.
My questions: Will you continue to ignore our friendly warnings? You will PAY with time and money for month (if not years) until the guild is running. Your competitors have millions in gold in reserve. The current market situation is a war. If your goal is making quick money by scamming your guild mates and robbing the bank (like indicated in another thread), be sure to have a new account ready, because your ID will go around to blacklists of all big guilds. If you want to lead a guild, better take part in existing guilds and be helpful.

You can find cheap (under 100k) one in open world spots or in many thief shelters. But be shure that you will not make profit, because you will not get decend traders and also player that are looking for stuff there dont have that much money. Really? Mournhold more desirable than Elden Root? Is there a reason, other than preference? I'm a member of two trading guilds, we tend to get Elden Root almost exclusively in one and then a capital in the other, but I don't seek out Mournhold when I'm looking for something. According to this I should, curious what the draw is.
